John Pike is a Chartered Surveyor and has been property director for some of the UK’s largest companies, British Telecommunications plc, Network Rail, HBOS plc and the Lloyds Banking Group. More recently he was a director of Bellrock Property and Facilities Management Ltd during a period of rapid expansion.

He has sat on several private, charitable and public sector boards and in 2009 established and chaired, for BRE, the International Sustainability Alliance. Subsequently he founded the 40 Percent Symposium with a focus on identifying key trends in sustainability in the real estate occupational and investment sectors.
