What is M&V? And why is it needed?
Good practice Measurement & Verification is an essential part of sustainable energy management. A well-structured (M&V) process brings transparency to energy and carbon saving schemes - providing clear evidence of the saving performance and value for money achieved. It also enables continuous improvement as the process of accurate performance measurement identifies areas where there may be shortcomings and opportunities for rectification, as well as further energy efficiency improvements.
