Course Overview
For energy professionals wishing to obtain the Performance Measurement & Verification Analyst (PMVA) qualification, this 2.5 day training course is delivered in conjunction with a four hour examination.
The training material for the PMVA course (as well as the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol) is owned by the Efficiency Valuation Organisation (EVO) and public UK training courses and PMVA exams are facilitated by ESTA as the UK training partner, with EEVS providing one of the UK’s qualified PMVA instructors.
The course was established with the dual purpose of recognising the most qualified professionals in this growing area of the energy industry, and raising the overall professional standards within the M&V field.

Successful completion of the course along with demonstration of suitable academic qualifications and work experience leads to attendees gaining the right to use the PMVA title.
Attendees who pass the exam, but don’t meet the requisite experience may use the ‘in training’ variant (PMVA-A), full details are available on the EVO website.
